Jeannette joined the dispensary staff in December 2000. She is originally from scenic Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Jeannette is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. She is also a certified fitter of compression stockings.

Besides working at Pharmacy 101, Jeannette assists her husband, Sheldon, with their two businesses: Northumberland Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning, and Community Business Flyers. Community Business Flyers employs individuals who are developmentally or physically challenged.

Sheldon and Jeannette have two children, Nathan and Liam. Jeannette is an advocate for her son Nathan, who is autistic.

During her free time, Jeannette enjoys trap shooting, watching her son Liam at swimming and martial arts classes, and cooking and baking for her family.
